Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally range from 7-10 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Pure State Clothing Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.
